Privacy Policy

The short version

Nudge collects zero data. No analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking. All your timer presets, session history, and settings stay on your device. We don't have servers. We couldn't see your data even if we wanted to.

What data does Nudge store?

All data you create in Nudge (timer presets, focus sessions, settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.

What data do we collect?

None. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking pixels. We do not collect device identifiers, usage patterns, or any telemetry. The app is fully offline.

In-App Purchases

Nudge Pro is a one-time in-app purchase ($6.99) processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit 2. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple handles all transaction processing.

Notifications

Nudge requests notification permission solely to alert you when a timer completes while the app is in the background. These are local notifications scheduled on your device — no data is sent to any server.

Third-party services

Nudge does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data. The only external communication is with Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchase verification.

Data deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings within the app. Since we don't store your data on any server, deletion is immediate and permanent. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.

Children's privacy

Nudge does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this page. Given that our core principle is collecting zero data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
